Configure systems, users and workflows
Manage integrations, permissions, approvals and module-specific defaults.
For: System administrators
Open AdministrationWorkflow
How to do it
Choose global modules
Open Users & modules and switch off workspaces that are not ready. Globally disabled modules disappear from the sidebar and cannot be opened.
Create and assign roles
Use Add role to create as many permission combinations as needed, then assign a role to each user or group.
Assign Mission Control views
Choose Finance, Operations and/or PM on each role. Single-view roles open only that view; directors can be given all three and switch on the page.
Assign module access
Select the individual modules each user or group may see. Global availability always takes priority over an individual assignment.
Configure integrations
Set up Current RMS, Xero, SharePoint and outgoing email, then use each connection test. The top-right lights read these saved live connection records.
Configure workflows
Set approval steps, commercial rules, Venue Crew rules and support routing.
Test safely
Use the development environment and a test record before changing a live workflow.
Operate customer tenants
ProductionOps360 super admins use the separate admin.productionops360.com tenant portal to create provisioning records and control customer lifecycle. Tenant administrators cannot access this platform portal.
Useful to know
- • Development-only workspaces start globally disabled and can be enabled when their build is ready.
- • Green means connected, amber needs attention, red is disconnected and grey means the live status check is unavailable.
- • Reconnect an integration whenever its requested OAuth permissions change.
- • The role-permission table scrolls horizontally on narrower screens so role names, descriptions and Mission Control choices retain readable widths.
- • Changing a tenant to Suspended blocks its hostname immediately without exposing or deleting the customer's operational data.
Troubleshooting
A settings page is unavailable.
Check the corresponding Frappe service and integration configuration before changing credentials.
A module is missing for one user.
Confirm it is enabled under Global modules and selected on that user's Module access row.
A module stays on Checking module access.
Refresh after deploying the non-blocking module-access fix. The saved assignment will still be enforced when the live user session responds.
