How to do it

1

Find the job

Use the document view to identify linked and missing folders.

2

Open or create the folder

Follow the SharePoint link or create the standard structure when it is missing.

3

Review Current RMS documents

A linked job lists its recent generated Current RMS opportunity documents above the SharePoint browser. Documents can only be filed into the destination configured in SharePoint settings, such as PPA Quotes. When automatic filing is enabled, opening the job Documents bucket copies each new PDF that is not already present.

4

Relink carefully

Use relink only when the job points to the wrong existing folder.

Useful to know

  • Keep operational documents in the linked job structure so the whole team sees the same version.

Troubleshooting

SharePoint access fails.

Test the connection in Settings and confirm the signed-in Microsoft user can access the site.

Current lists a document but it will not import.

Open the Current opportunity and regenerate the document, then refresh the job bucket. Current must expose the generated PDF before ProductionOps360 can transfer it to SharePoint or Xero.

Creating a Quote or Reserved quote reports a missing convert_to_quotation route.

Deploy the Current RMS quote-action fix. ProductionOps360 now calls Current’s documented convert_to_quote route before applying Reserved status.

A Current document is filing into the wrong job subfolder.

Open Administration, SharePoint, then Current RMS document filing. Pick a folder from inside the base job structure, enable automatic filing if required, and save the SharePoint setup.
