How to do it

Create the booking
Enter collection/delivery details, times, supplier, vehicle and quote information.

Allocate the work
Choose Full Job or Part Job for each linked job; describe every partial load or movement.

Review job buckets
Confirm the booking appears against every assigned job and the allocation totals make sense.

Progress the status
Update planning, confirmation, transit and completion states as the movement changes.
Useful to know
- • Flag supplier or timing changes so affected project managers see the booking needs review.
Troubleshooting
A job is not available to assign.
Confirm the job is active in the ProductionOps360 Jobs register, then refresh Logistics.
